Our office walked away with an incredible 10 awards, recognising achievement across office performance, residential sales, rentals and administration.

Megan Petersen enjoyed an exceptional Pearl Awards, receiving recognition as a Pearl Agent, as well as winning:

Linda Petersen was also recognised as a Pearl Agent, celebrating another outstanding achievement in residential property sales.

Excellence in Rentals

Our rental division was equally well represented.

Samantha Du Preez was recognised among the Pearl Agents – Rentals Top 10 and received the award for:

Rental Agent Gross Commission – Coastal

Rental property requires its own specialised expertise, balancing the needs of landlords and tenants while navigating an increasingly complex property environment. Samantha's recognition reflects the high standard of service and professionalism our rental clients receive.

The People Behind the People

Perhaps some of the awards we are proudest of came from behind the scenes.

Both Wayne Esterhuizen and Anarie Richter received Administrator of the Year awards.
